We accept payment via cheque, direct bank transfer, & debit / credit card via electronic invoice. Cash payment is not available.

A discretionary charge of £50.00 may be incurred on any cancellation of less than 48 hours notice.

All courses of treatments & gift vouchers must be used within six months of purchase.
 
Credit / Debit Card payments incur an additional 3.4% surcharge.
 
Any cheque payment returned unpaid will incur a charge of £10.00,
in addition to the original fee.
 
All invoices must be paid within 15 days of receipt. Prompt payment is important. If payment is not received by the due date you will be contacted.
 
We may exercise our statutory right to claim interest & compensation for debt recovery costs under late payment legislation if we are not paid according to the stated terms.
